Cadillac has also teased that more information on the Escalade IQ is coming later this summer, with an official date of August 9th teased. If the new production of the all-electric Hummer is a benchmark of what GM is doing with the Cadillac IQ, there are a few parallels that drivers may expect. GM’s Ultium battery technology that’s on the Hummer is impressive and may also be utilized on the new Cadillac IQ. The new EV Hummer offers otherworldly power, generating up to 1000 horsepower and a driving range of 560 km, it wouldn’t be outside the realm of possibility for the Cadillac IQ to put up a similar stat line.
